Montana man files lawsuit against the Sun

Rick Wankar(35) from Montana, US, has filed a lawsuit against the Sun. Although one would firstly think that it's a lawsuit against lies printed by the newspaper The Sun, Wankar has filed a lawsuit against the star the Earth orbits, referred to as the Sun.

Wankar has explained to SNN that he is suing the Sun after he got burned while tanning in his backyard.

"There was never a userguide or a warning list following the Sun like when you buy a microwave that said that tanning without any sun lotion could turn your skin red instead of brown." Wankar said to SNN "If I had known this I would never have laid down naked and covered myself in sun oil. My pecker is so burned that I won't be getting nothing from my wife for at least a week."

His lawyer, Sarah Atan, said she thinks they have strong case against the Sun.
"It is not common knowledge that staying out in the sun too long could cause sunburn. Just look at all the people getting burned every year!" said Miss S. Atan. "We can't go around and to things according to what is common sense. That's why we have laws."

Miss Atan also believes they have a stronger case this time than the last time they went to court. Wankar last went to court as he filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama for getting elected as President even though Wankar didn't vote for him. Wankar has also sued God for creating people with any other skin type than white, the porn industry for making him horny while watching and Keanu Reeves for starring in huge amount of rubbish movies. Although the lawsuit against Keanu Reeves was almost won, Wankar fell short when Reeves' lawyers found out Wankar hadn't seen a single movie Reeves had starred. The jury still took 7 days to reach a verdict.

Who will be defending the Sun against Wankar has yet to be determined.
